Discover this charming apartment with spacious terraces and breathtaking views of Lake Maggiore and the mountains. Located on the first and last floor of a building with only three residential units, this delightful accommodation offers a private entrance to ensure maximum privacy.

The apartment is equipped with mosquito nets on all windows and French doors, and comprises a spacious double bedroom, two rooms with bunk beds, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms with showers.

The three large terraces provide a wonderful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The main terrace, about 50 sqm, is the ideal place to relax and enjoy outdoor meals, offering a spectacular view of Lake Maggiore and the mountains.

At the back, another terrace is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun or simply relaxing.

Outside, you will find a private and fully fenced area adjacent to the property, which offers ample space to comfortably park two cars.

The accommodation is located in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Germignaga and enjoys a particularly pleasant summer climate. Just a 10-minute walk away, you can reach the town center, where you will find "Il Boschetto" park and "Le Fontanelle" equipped beach, ideal for relaxing family days. Other beaches are easily accessible along the road towards Castelveccana and Maccagno con Pino e Veddasca.

A 20-minute walk will take you to Luino, famous for its weekly Wednesday market, one of the largest and most renowned in Lombardy.

Near the accommodation, you can also undertake scenic hikes and visit the historic Cadorna Line, dating back to World War I and well-preserved.

Wir waren jetzt im August das 2.Mal in der Casa Elena. Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig, freundlich, recht modern und hat alles was man braucht. Das Highlight ist allerdings der riesige, überdachte Balkon mit atemberaubendem Blick über den See. Auch erhielten wir auf Emails und Fragen, umgehend eine Antwort. Wenn wieder Urlaub in Germignaga, dann in der Casa Elena

Wunderschöne Unterkunft mit tollem Blick auf den See!

Die Lage der Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Großer Balkon mit wunderbarem Blick auf den See. Ruhige Lage, etwas erhöht im Hang. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Luino, mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ist mit dem Auto keine 10 Minuten entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ferienwohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Die Lage und der Ausblick der Ferienwohnung sind traumhaft. Der Ort selbst hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Heizung war schwierig zu regulieren und der Staubsauger war kaputt. Sonst war alles super!
