Kind and helpful staff. We tried to contact the hotel about our dietary needs. There was no reply but the breakfast host helped as soon as she could after our arrival. There's also clearly a problem with the door keys losing their magnetic stripe data. Keep the cards away from phones and sources of magnetic fields or you will get locked out!

Super Hôtel ! Je conseille fortement. Bien placé car à 2 minutes à pied d'une station métro U1 à 10 minutes du centre. Excellent rapport qualité prix. L'accueil est top. Petit déjeuner super. C'est propre.

I was given two room cards for my single room but only took on with me going out for supper. I was told to use the garage entrance after 8 pm. Unfortunately the key card did not work and I had to wait in front of the hotel for 90 min before a nice security guard let me in. Since it got dark and the area is not pleasant I felt very uncomfortable waiting. On a positive note the breakfast service was very pleasant. But please advice your guest to take always the two room keys and have a faster service to help guest that are locked out of the property.

Fantastic family stay

It was great staying at this hotel. We were on a family holiday and we all loved it. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, great location ( just about 5 minutes walk to the metro station). Also about 4 minutes to tram stop. Free breakfast which was also good. Nice and welcoming staff.

Hotel ist gut und sauber aber teppich im Zimmer dreckig und stinkt das ist einzige problem. Ansonsten super sauber klo dusche super sauber. Bett war auch bequem.
