Atelier fait preuve d'une politique totalement intransigeante aucun échange aucun arrangement possible. ( Je ne peux juger de la qualité de l'hôtellerie) . Cette politique commerciale est à proscrire.

Nous avons passé une nuit avec mon conjoint pour nous déconnecter du quotidien pres du lac de Gérardmer. L'hotel est très bien situé, juste en face du lac. Un snack resto juste à côté de l'hôtel et pas très loin, il y a un espace de bien être avec piscine, bowling, escalade... Vraiment l'hôtel est très bien situé, très propre et super accueil. Le + : stationnement gratuit devant. Je recommande fortement
