Sitting in the hills above Gérardmer, guests at Chalet L'Ursus can enjoy unobstructed views of the Vosges hills and forests. The accommodation is spread over three floors, with plenty of room for up to six guests.

As soon as you enter, you will be struck by the natural light which floods into the spacious living room through large south-facing windows overlooking the valley. A contemporary gas-fuelled fireplace keeps the atmosphere cosy on winter evenings.

Sofas are arranged around the TV, and the modern kitchen opens onto a dining table where you can enjoy meals together. In good weather, you might choose to eat on the terrace, where a second table allows you to enjoy the Vosges landscape.

Younger guests will appreciate their own space under the eaves, where a mezzanine floor offers two single folding beds and a desk for studying or remote working during your stay.

The garden level is dedicated to rest and well-being, with two double bedrooms, a sauna, a second terrace and an outdoor hot tub, as well as a 400m² garden. This level also has a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a table football game.

On the practical side, Chalet L'Ursus offers three parking spaces with a charging station for electric vehicles, a secure ski locker and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.

Please note that 2 of the beds are sofa beds on the mezzanine. There are 2 additional sleeping possibilities on the lounge's sofa bed. Parties are strictly forbidden at this chalet. Although there is no stair gate at the property, there is a door in the living room securing the access to the stairs.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

PLEASE NOTE
If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
