Love the vibe of the hotel and location. 2 of the 3 hostesses were great. One acted like it was a bother to ask questions and ignored customers in the morning. Room a little run down. Wall paper torn everywhere, trim popping up and warled, bed was very lumpy, worn in, and uncomfortable. Really, I’d give it a 3.5, but bumped to 4.

Location was amazing, this is an old house turned into guest house. Its super nice and I will definitely stay again. Nice rooms, nice garden area, easy self access after hours.

Stay here if you want a Georgetown neighborhood experience and feel like a resident. Area is spectacular, walkable. Hotel staff is attentive, excellent respite from the usual commercial hotel experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. Located in a beautiful neighborhood and very walkable to all main streets of Georgetown. The room was cozy and clean and the perfect size for a couples weekend. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast options were also yummy.

This was our first boutique hotel and we absolutely loved it. So cute. Can’t wait to try more places like this in the future. Just adorable and the workers were super nice and helpful too. Room was so pretty. Loved so many things. If I had to criticize anything at all, and these are minor complaints, it would be that they don’t have a basic coffee maker or a keurig. Just a very fancy cappuccino maker. I’m a basic girl and look forward to my basic coffee at home lol. The other thing we didn’t love, and this is my fault for not noticing when booking, there were no basic restaurants or pubs close by to grab a meal or drink at in a pinch. There’s a French restaurant nearby but again, too fancy for us basic folks lol. The last complaint would be that I partly booked this hotel due to the adorable patios and sitting areas outside. We were not able to use them at all because there was so many mosquitoes that my husband got eaten alive within five minutes. They kindly offer bug spray but he doesn’t want to smell like bug spray all day so we just stayed indoors. They told us that the day we were leaving they had a mosquito spraying company to come out and treat for it so that’s good at least. Again in general, we love the hotel and look forward to staying two more places like this. Highly recommend in general. Thank you for everything.
