• Our unit is a spacious apartment unit with a king size bed ang single beds that is comfortable for 4 persons. Extra mattress will be provided with the additional charge of RM30 nett per person per night when booking is made for more than 4 guests.
• The unit is air-conditioned. Fully furnished with a bathroom, outdoor Jacuzzi and swimming pool at 5th floor, kitchenette, washer, dryer, sofa bed, dining table, hair dryer, iron, chairs, LCD TV and wardrobes.
• Basic kitchen essentials such as electric induction cooker, fridge, electric kettle, microwave, pot, pan and tableware are provided. Cooking is allowed in the studio.
• Internet WIFI is provided - ideal for internet calls and web surfing.
• 24 hours of security. Access to the building is via magnetic card & key and there is a lift in the building.
• No pets
• No smoking, parties, or events
