House was perfect for two families with adult children. Nice dock access for a boat rental. Snorkeling right off the dock was great, lots of fish to see!Limited cookware and utensils if you plan to cook or bring in a chef. Overall lovely stay and would come back again!

Gated Community

My family and I loved our stay at the community. This was our third visit and love Exuma and all it has to offer. The ladies in the office were somewhat helpful but once I reached the actual property manager, he was very kind and came out quickly after arriving a couple of the rooms not having water but was fixed pronto. Our overall stay was excellent and would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Home, Great Location

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The dock was so convenient. The main area of Georgetown is just around the corner. Chat n Chill and Da Sand Bar are just across the way on Stocking Island. The restaurant Rusty Anchor has fabulous food and service. Kaymark and all staff members were so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property!
