Room was spacious but had a mirror facing the bed which is unpleasant Room floors can be cleaner as its not clean enough to be barefoot The bathroom deaigns were a bit inconvenient where water will splash everything Staffs were very friendly and helpful, the free cookie was nice The breakfast buffet was average but had a lot of selections

Friendly staff (especially those in the restaurant), our stay were very good except the gym condition as the clean-up schedule doesn't seem to be keeping up and our time in the gym were always without towels.

Information provided was extremely misleading. Quality was so bad that it should never be recommended to your hotels.com customers at all. No hot water, even faucet was broken, dirty bathroom, yellowish tower with smell, everything else were deteriorating. Customer service was equally poor.

The Hilton Double Tree is a quiet and clean property with great staff located just a short 10 min drive from the busier Natu Ferringhi area. This is a great property for families with children and there are family rooms (connecting doors) available. There is a small beach across from the hotel that is quiet but suitable for beach activities.
