Very nice property. Very hard to find it, and a bit scary location to walk around at night and dirty outside surrounding, smells like urine. But very nice customer service, thank you Mr. Corrado and property is walk up almost 3 story up due to very high ceiling and lots of steps up and damage steps. Not on ground floor. We are seniors and I’m disabled to walk up and down is difficult. Again, the contact person is very professional and very patient and very accommodating and helpful.

The host was wonderful, great communication. The room was beautiful, tiny but wonderful. The location was in the heart of Genoa near all the attractions.

Sehr verbesserungswürdig

Auf Grund einer miserablen Ortsbeschreibung erst nach längerem Suchen und nur mit direkter telefonischer Rücksprache gefunden. Es fand keine Einweisung insbesondere bezüglich des Umgangs mit dem Eingangstor zur Straße statt (separater Türöffner im Hausflurbereich - um drei Uhr in der letzten Nacht waren wir zur Hilfestellung für eine andere Mieterin genötigt, die eben dieses Tor nicht öffnen konnte) Bei Ankunft war das Zimmer NICHT gereinigt, Bett NICHT frisch bezogen, die Handtücher BENUTZT - dies wurde unter Bedauern des Ansprechpartners mit der Bitte, die Unterkunft noch einmal zu verlassen, binnen einer bis zwei Stunden geregelt. Es gab außer einem kleinen Kosmetik-Mülleimers keinen Abfallbehälter. Seife, Shampoo oder gar Spülmittel wurde nicht gestellt. Das Toilettenpapier beschränkte sich auf eine bereits angefangene Rolle. Einen Haartrockner konnten wir nicht entdecken. Eine Spülmaschine war nicht zu finden, Kaffee- oder Teezubehör ebensowenig. Das Appartement besteht aus einem (sehr hohen) Raum, deren oberer Teil (das Bett und die Kleiderabstellecke) über eine zwar neue, jedoch sehr unregelmäßige und schiefe Stahl-Wendeltreppe erreicht wird. Dass die Fotos der Beschreibung mit einem sehr großem und lichtstarkem Weitwinkelobjektiv gemacht wurden, ist der Erwähnung kaum wert. Einen zweiten Stern vergebe ich für das Potenzial, welches diese Unterkunft haben könnte. In dieser Form jedoch den aufgerufenen Preis von ca. 120 € pro Nacht sicher nicht wert.
