My main issue was that the plumbing was noisy. Not so noisy to be bothered to go through the hassle of changing rooms, but the plumbing made noises when other rooms were using the bathrooms

The hotel is within short distance of the bus from the GVA. Our room was so clean and fresh, very comfortable and was a perfect spot to stay after a long travel day. The late check out is a plus, one recommendation would be an extra pillow or two available in the room if needed. We loved our stay at Intercity, wished we could have stayed longer!

Cleanliness to review, but great service

The desk staff was very kind and helpful, but the room was not very clean (blood on the bed sheets, not acceptable!) and the room AC was very noisy. The staff did apologise and changed the sheets though.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness and accessibility of many key points around Geneva. The tram to the city center is right across the street. The cleanliness is top notch, and the staff was really kind and supportive. Just want the rooms to have slippers and a bathrobe inside the closet for use next time instead of contacting the desk.

This is my second stay, and the service at the front desk was really good, but I must say things have deteriorated: The carpets on the landing were quite grubby, the air in the room was not fresh at all, even with the window open all the time, the air conditioner made it worse, and did not really cool the room. The water in the fridge has gone from glass bottle to plastic which is less eco in my opinion. The fact that everything is cashless was a negative for me. There was no variation in the breakfast, same thing every day, The cheese slices appear to have been left out overnight and were curled and hard. The floor area around the breakfast area were sticky every morning. I think that in your attempt to save money, the quality has fallen significantly since my first visit in 2023.
