Relax and rejuvenate in our luxury hot tub with a whirlpool setting designed for hydrotherapy - perfect for athletes or anyone looking to unwind. The patio is fenced in for your privacy, ensuring a peaceful retreat.

Our fully stocked kitchen features deluxe gas range/stove, large refrigerator/freezer, and everything you need to cook your own delicious meals. Our large and spacious bedrooms ensure a comfortable and restful night's sleep. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, providing a refreshing start to your day.

Take the spiral staircase down to the game room/second bedroom, complete with a ping pong table and old school arcade machines - perfect for some friendly competition.

End your day by relaxing on the rooftop patio around the gas-burning fire pit, soaking in the beautiful night sky. With the host living on the property, you'll have complete privacy and no shared areas besides the driveway.

Come and experience the ultimate getaway in our the Geneva Loft - we can't wait to host you!

Please be aware that the loft is accessed through two flights of stairs, as shown in the pictures. The driveway is shared, so please park in the designated area.

We have a friendly and loving dog who lives in the attached home and utilizes the backyard, so we kindly ask you to limit your outdoor access to the loft's private rooftop deck and the fenced-in patio downstairs for your privacy and comfort.

We understand the importance of having essential supplies during your stay, which is why we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, laundry detergent, paper towels, dishwasher pods, trash bags, and basic coffee and creamer. If you happen to run out of these supplies, don't worry. We're just a few miles away from Dollar General and Giant Eagle. Rest easy knowing that we also provide fresh linens and towels to ensure a comfortable stay.

Relaxing retreat

My wife and I enjoyed our nice relaxing stay at this property. We were able to enjoy the private loft that had the peace and quite we were looking for on this trip. We also enjoyed everything the surrounding area had to offer. We highly recommend Genave on the Lake strip. It is full of local shops, restaurants, and more. Also, the Whip and Dip ice cream shop is now a favorite of ours and we look forward to coming back to the area again.

First family vacay!!

Loved the home, well thought out with the amenities, and very modern. The only bad side on this is the spiral stairs was awesome but for us old folks lol, is narrow and going back down or up to climb, and taking one step at a time. A half bathroom wouldn't be a bad idea. The hot tub was very nice, and the open concept is awesome. Love the porch and has an amazing view of the neighborhood. The host was amazing with communication and letting her know what needs to be replaced and is available to answer any kind of questions. We wouldnt mind coming back there again!! Thanks Renee and Josh!!

Everything was great about the stay. It’s a quite nice neighborhood with a relaxing setting. The house is beautiful very clean and the host were amazing very communicative and made it super easy to check in and out. Our stay was wonderful! Very much needed from the day today. Quiet and very clean. Very close to town and the vineyards. Renee was great and provided a lot of extras. Next time we will stay longer when we come back to town. Highly recommended!

Weekend Retreat

We recently had the pleasure of enjoying a wonderful weekend getaway with our family. Our accommodation was clean and comfortable and provided a cozy home away from home for our family. Renee was incredibly welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The amenities, like the hot tub and arcade games, were top-notch and added an extra layer of enjoyment to our experience. We had fun exploring the nearby attractions and participating in the various Lake Erie activities. Josh and Renee were great hosts, everything was well organized and they stayed in contact with us throughout the whole stay to make sure everything was perfect. Swim meet time!

We stayed here when our daughter swam at the NCAA championships at the SPIRE. We were able to walk to the pool down a peaceful trail in the woods. So convenient and a safe beautiful place to stay.

A surprising incredible getaway

We were at first unsure if this property would be amazing but our fears were alleviated as soon as we walked in. The beautiful message, guest book, christmas tree, accomodations, hot tub, arcade, beautiful decorations...the list goes on. If you want to get away, please give this place a try!

Great place!

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of our mini-moon and it was wonderful! Very well kept, clean, and you can tell that the owners (Renee and Josh) take great pride in their rental. There was a cute book put together with some great recommendations as well as a cool guest book which everyone has signed in the past. Great place to stay for either day trips to Geneva on the Lake or if you are just visiting the Grand River Wine Trail like we did. We will be back again at some point for sure!
