Holiday home "Rosen" with terrace and garden in an idyllic location - relax and unwind!

A feel-good place for young and old near the Baltic Sea, Gelinger Bucht. The cozy half-timbered house (125sqm) is located on an old farm with extensive natural property with pond biotopes in an almost secluded location. We have horses and free-roaming

peacocks.

The garden offers plenty of space for fun and games and beautiful quiet corners invite you to relax. The house is well equipped and has 3 bedrooms (up to 8 people) and 2 bathrooms. It is suitable for families with children. A high chair and crib are available.

Bed linen and towels can be provided on request for a fee or you can bring your own. Please inform the host in advance if you would like to book a laundry package. In the cooler months of the year, a wood-burning stove provides additional cozy warmth. Free wifi.



Regional excursion destinations, also easily accessible by bike, are the beautiful Baltic Sea beaches, the nature reserve "Geltinger Birk", the nature experience center Maasholm, the lighthouse Falshöft, Schwackendorf barefoot park or the picturesque former fishing town of Kappeln, a starting point for boat trips on the Schlei. Flensburg is also always worth a visit.

Pros: Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der ländlichen Idylle sehr genossen. Gemeinsam mit einer befreundeten Familie haben wir die insgesamt 6 Kinder ruhigen Gewissens auf dem wunderschönen Gelände toben lassen können. Die Pferde waren natürlich das Highlight und der Strand in Kronsgaard mit dem Rad gut zu erreichen. Es war eine rundum schöne Sommer-Auszeit, ein herzliches Dankeschön an unsere Gastgeber!

Pros: Wir waren hier mit einer kleinen Gruppe von 5 Erwachsenden und 2 kleinen Kindern. Ein Wochenende von Freitag bis Sonntag. Das Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen. 2 Bäder, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was man braucht, drei Schlafzimmer und weiteren Schlafmöglichkeiten, ein riesiges Wohn- und Esszimmer und eine tolle Terasse. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieter! Riesen Gelände mit Pferden, Pfau und Hühnern... und einfach nur Natur und Ruhe. Wir waren 100% zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.

Pros: Wir haben hier schon so viele gemütliche, ruhige aber auch abenteuerreiche Stunden in so ziemlich allen denkbaren Wetterlagen verbracht. Das Ferienhaus bietet Platz für zwei Familien oder kleine bis mittelgroße Gruppen. Die Schlafzimmer befinden sich (mit Ausnahme einer Schlafstätte) in der oberen Etage. Bäder gibt es unten und oben. Im Erdgeschoss lädt ein schöner, offener Wohnbereich zum Essen, Spielen, Zusammensitzen (bei dem wohlbekannten norddeutschen Schietwedder auch vor Kamin) ein. Bei gutem Wetter kann man auch auf die hinter dem Haus liegende Terrasse ziehen. In der Umgebung sollte auch für jeden etwas zu finden sein. Dieser Teil Angelns besticht unserer Ansicht nach aber vor allem durch die wundervollen Strände und seine Landschaft. Die schöne Geltinger Birk ist nicht weit und zum Shoppen, Kino oder Fischbrötchen essen kann man gut nach Kappeln oder eben Flensburg. Fahrräder mitzubringen lohnt sich. Familie von Rosen ist freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne.

Pros: Es war der perfekte Urlaub! Das lag nicht nur am wunderbaren Haus, sondern auch an den netten Besitzern, vielen Dank nochmal an dieser Stelle. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön und sehr modern. Die Umgebung sieht aus wie gezeichnet und auf dem Hof begegnet man neben Pferden auch Pfauen, dass kannte ich so auch noch nicht. Unvergesslich und jederzeit wieder. Die Gegend eignet sich super zum joggen und spazieren, aber auch Tagesausflüge ans Meer, nach Dänemark, Flensburg oder Kappeln sind sehr zu empfehlen. Einen Eintrag im Gästebuch haben wir hinterlassen und hoffen, dass noch einige dazu kommen.
