Hotel dated and basic . Most of staff friendly and helpful. Poor servicing of rooms , not hoovered , dusted or bed changed for whole seven days. Only given one small bath towel each and paper cups for beverages. Had to ask for loo roll as not replaced. The room was also really hot like a sauna we had to have fan on all the time . The radiator was off so ??? Entrance not easy to find . Would not recommend and would not use again.

In contrast to the general quietness the rooms were rather loud: one could clearly hear the neighbours speak. Also the window facing the parking lot didn't really shut out the noise that was often coming from there. Before our trip I sent an email asking about vegan options at the breakfast buffet. I did not get an answer to that. The staff at the breakfast room, though, was very helpful. At the other hand it must be said that apart from oat- and soymilk there wasn't really anything vegan that could have made us experience a luxurious breakfast for that price..

Beautiful setting! The hotel staff is friendly and the restaurant is excellent. Great place to relax for awhile after a day out bike riding.

The place have good view and rooms are clean, the out door swimming pool is not working and the indoor is not for kids means no swimming pool for kids the windows are too bright with no window cover as we have two hrs late check out but the staff was asking for extra payment if we need to check late later when we saw them the email the accept it over all I will not recommend it and never come back to this place

Very friendly and helpful front staff. Restaurant staff very accommodating- we arrived late for the breakfast buffet and they made us a very nice and complete meal. Restaurant and front entry and desk were excellent- very comfortable and welcoming Pool was very nice but a little bit cold- or a hot tub in the corner for those of us who like to soak for a while

Een prima verblijf gehad in het Fletcher. Welkome ontvangst, ruim en goed restaurant en prima faciliteiten. De hotelkamer is ruim, maar een airco ontbreekt helaas. Badkamer is klein, maar toilet en douche zijn prima in orde. Het rook alleen wel naar schimmel. Het binnenzwembad is ruim en fijn. Panelen aan het plafond zijn wel drastisch aan vervanging toe. Ontbijt was goed verzorgd en op aanvraag glutenvrij. Personeel is behulpzaam en vriendelijk.
