216 Castel Otel’de yakın zamanda konakladım ve gerçekten çok memnun kaldım. Otele giriş yaptığım andan itibaren personelin samimiyeti ve ilgisi kendini hissettiriyor. Özellikle resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar her konuda yardımcı oldular bu da kendimi güvende ve rahat hissetmemi sağladı.

We spent a few days at 216 Castle Hotel Eskihisar, and it truly exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a sea-view room, and waking up to that view every morning was an indescribable peace. Our room was spotless, smelled fresh, and we could feel the attention to even the smallest details. From the moment we walked in, the staff’s sincerity made us feel right at home, and they immediately helped with anything we needed, showing how much they truly care about their guests. The breakfast was delicious, and the calm atmosphere made it perfect for enjoying a slow, peaceful start to the day. In short, it’s an ideal hotel for both relaxing and spending time in a pleasant environment; we honestly felt a bit sad when leaving. We would love to come back as soon as possible. Thank you for everything 🙏🙏

Room was cleaned daily room was nice and big location was good Didn't like i had booked a balcony didn't get one. On checking out was paying in GB pounds as on booking but manager changed my pounds to lira at poor rate and cost us more then should so be warned also keep a check on what you use from mini bar i did but bill on leaving was more .
