Disliked: Room comfort

Trenger vedlikehold

Leiligheten bærer preg av at den trenger vedlikehold og oppgradering. Sofa var stort hull i, bordplate på spisebord var helt løs og farlig for barn. Hagemøbler var knekt, og hagen full av hundebæsj så ikke egnet for barn. Leiligheten ligger i et greit område, kort vei til butikk, restaurant og tog. Med enkle midler kunne standarden på leiligheten vært hevet. Mye støy fra toglinje Enkelt å sjekke inn/ut og hente nøkkel.
