We have stayed numerous times at this hotel over the years whilst on business in the area and have always been very pleased with it. However, this time, we were disappointed that the hotel no longer cleans or tidies your room during your stay at all. They cite 'Eco-friendliness' as their reason for this, but obviously it is really cost-cutting. So it means that nobody makes the beds, tidies the bathroom, washes glasses in your room. Nothing whatsoever during your entire stay. Of course, we can do all these things ourselves, and we did, but what am I paying a four star hotel for then? Otherwise, the hotel is excellent, but they really do need to review this policy.

Regular visitor to this excellent hotel, well designed rooms, always clean. Friendly and helpful staff, who even remember what drinks we like at the bar. Good restaurant and excellent breakfast buffet. On this occasion, we had an early flight and arrived in the morning, well before the official check-in time, but the receptionist was able to arrange for a room to be made ready for us very quickly. If you need to stay in this area of Poland, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Check in wasn’t brilliant. The staff by reception gave us two single beds for me an my wife and 4 months old child. Where is reservation says king double. Then the lady from reception called room service to sort out our room by putting two singles beds together with massive hard gap in the middle of the bed. First night wasn’t good. The fallowing day nice lady from the room service noticed the mistake from previous day and managed to cover the gap with additional Mattress which was good for the last 3 nights. The hotel is nice very friendly for families with kids . Breakfast is good but and lot of choices but every day same choices.

I have stayed at this hotel regularly over many years now, mainly on business. Always find it clean, comfortable & welcoming. Rooms are well fitted and some are very spacious. A nice place to relax after a day's work, with the added bonus of the swimming pool & other facilities. Recommend the restaurant for dinner. Breakfast also very good. I will certainly be going back.

Great stay and excellent hotel

excellent stay. Its a bit like a mini resort in 2 building with plenty of activities available. Rooms are large, prices are very reasonable and food was great. staff were great and always there to help.
