I recently stayed at this property in Gdańsk. The apartment was small but comfortable. Unfortunately, the cleanliness upon arrival was very disappointing. There were hairs on the floor and even on the bed, and the bathroom floor had not been properly cleaned. There were also visible stains under the sink, suggesting that the apartment hadn’t been thoroughly prepared for a guest. The property responded quickly and sent a cleaner, which improved the situation. However, a better first impression would have made the stay more pleasant. I also experienced some confusion with the address provided, which made finding the property more difficult than expected. Additionally, a few appliances were not functioning properly at first – the kettle was replaced the following day, and the coffee machine was leaking. Overall, while the location and apartment itself were fine, the initial condition of the property left a lot to be desired. I hope the cleaning standards and communication are improved for future guests.
