I'm leaving a review for the first time

We made a reservation for four. But the towels were for two people and we asked for more, but we were rejected. The most amazing thing was that the towels used by customers who had visited before were left in the laundry basket. It was so bad. There was a washing machine, but no laundry detergent, and the bed was so uncomfortable that no one could sleep in bed.
