The Space:

The approximately 80 m² house accommodates up to 4 guests. It features two bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms and a hallway. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds.



The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. Guests also have access to kitchenware and a dining table.



There are two bathrooms with showers and a washing machine. The bedrooms feature wardrobes, chests of drawers, bedside tables, clothes hangers, blankets, hypoallergenic pillows, blackout blinds and mosquito screens.



The living area includes a 45-inch TV. Free Wi-Fi is also available throughout the house.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire house and its private, fully enclosed garden. The property also features a gazebo with outdoor furniture, providing an additional space for relaxing and enjoying meals outdoors.



Free outdoor parking is available on the property. Guests can also use the electric barbecue.



Pets are not allowed.



There is no additional cleaning fee. A local tourist tax of PLN 3.70 per person per night applies.

The house is located at Mieczysława Boguckiego 100 in Gdańsk, on Sobieszewo Island. This part of the city combines a seaside atmosphere with access to natural surroundings.



Sobieszewo Beach is approximately 1.8 km away, while Sobieszewo Island is about 4.3 km from the property. The surrounding area also includes natural sites such as the Mewia Łacha and Ptasi Raj nature reserves.



The location also makes it possible to combine a seaside escape with sightseeing in Gdańsk. Attractions in the historic city centre, including Long Market and the National Maritime Museum, are approximately 19 km away.



Getting Around:

The property can be reached by car. The entrance is located at Boguckiego 100.



Free parking is available on the property.



Public transport is also available nearby. There is a bus stop served by bus line 112, operating towards Świbno Port.

Check-in is available from 4 PM, and check-out is to 10:00 AM. Please provide your expected arrival time in advance.



The house is open year-round and accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. Smoking is not permitted inside the property and parties or events are not allowed.
