Sun&snow to zenada. Przyjechalismy do Sopotu z Warszawy tuz przed 22, wiec specjalnie wybralismy apartament przy dworcu. Pani z obslugi oznajmila nam smsem o 21, ze odbior klucza mozliwy jest tylko w biurze pare kilometrow dalej, ale ze po 22:00 moga za dodatkowe 100zl przywiezc klucz pod drzwi (nie bylo tym nigdzie mowy w mailu z Hotels.com). Oczywiscie nie mielismy wyjscia. Pokoj byl lodowaty, bez ogrzewania (w lipcu bylo akurat 15stopni). Nigdy wiecej z nich nie skorzystamy, choc zdaje sie, ze w Sopocie inne sieci apartamentow dzialaja podobnie fatalnie.
