One of my favorite hotels that I've stayed at. What really makes this hotel special is the owner. My sister and I asked him where to find the nearest ATM, and he just stopped what he was doing and walked us there himself, pointing out the nearest convenience store and other useful locations. It was so nice of him. The hotel also has an amazing vibe, the old mansion is really cool and each room has such character. If they are having a special dinner when you are staying, I recommend signing up for it, our dinner was amazing. My sister still raves about it and says the salad was the best she has ever had.

A beautiful building, restored with original features inside and out. However it has a long way to go to justify calling itself a "Boutique Hotel". The room itself was pleasant with original wood panelling and floor, but there were no curtains and little soundproofing, as well as constant street noise. The bathroom and shower are tiny and in poor condition, with no space to turn around. There are no bedside lights and most of the electric sockets did not work and supply relied on a DIY-style extension cable which had a loose connection. All in all, a poor night's sleep and cannot recommend it.

Konum olarak her yere 10-15 dakika yürüme mesafesinde olması çok avantajlıydı. Yürüyerek Antep’in turistik yerlerini rahatlıkla gezebildik. Otel ambiyansı, temizliği gayet güzeldi. İşletmecisi Faruk Bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Çok teşekkürler !

Otelin konumu oldukça merkeziydi. Otopark konusunda sıkıntı yaşamadık. Konağın tarihi havası etkileyiciydi, ancak çoğunlukla negatif olarak değerlendirebileceğim bir konaklama yaşadık. Temizlik konusunda ciddi sıkıntılar vardı. Çarşaflarda ve havlularda lekeler vardı. Yıkanmış da olsa lekesi çıkmamış tekstil ürünlerinin odalarda kullanılması bence kabul edilebilir bir şey değil. Çarşafların ve havluların açık avluda sandalyelerin üzerinde kurutulduğunu gördüğüm için de temizliğe inancım azaldı. Banyo özenle temizlenmemişti. Başkasına ait olduğunu düşündüğüm bir adet şampuan şişesi ve ne olduğunu bile anlamadığım boş bir şişe vardı. Ayrıca neredeyse bitmek üzere olan, eskimiş bir kulak pamuğu kutusu vardı. Bunun da başka birine ait olduğunu ve unutulduğunu düşündüm çünkü bir otelin, odasının banyosuna bu şekilde hijyeni belirsiz kulak pamuğu bırakması pek uygun değil. İki şekilde de bir otelden asla beklenmeyen bir durum. Çocuk için hazırlanan yatak koltuktan çevrilmişti, ancak tahta tabanın arkasına sırt yastığını ilave edip sığmayacak şekilde yerleştirdikleri için çocuk tahtayla beraber yataktan düştü.

Her şey beklediğimizden bile daha güzel çıktı. Biz üst katta kalmayı tercih ettik. Çok güzel kapalı bir terası var. Orada bol bol muhabbet ettik. Temizlik, konum, misafirperverlik açısından her şey çok güzeldi. 3 kız kalırken hiçbir sıkıntı da çekmek gönül rahatlığıyla kalabilirsiniz.

Isletmeciler iyi niyetli ama maalesef profesyonellikten cok uzaklar. Standart oda olarak fotograflarda gorusen yerler 3 ve 4 kisilik odalar. Yani siz iki kisilik oda tutarsaniz o fotograflarla alakasi olmayan bir oda aliyorsunuz. Bunu soylediginizde de musteri ile inatlasiyorlar. Mekan otantik ama bence bir turistik isletme olmaya hic uygun degil. Odalar birbirinden ve disaridan incecik ahsap paneller ile ayrilmis. Sokakta kosan cocuklarin sesinden, yan odadaki insanlarin fisiltilarina kadar her sey duyuluyor. Sokakta yatiyor gibisiniz. Dus basligi arizali, aydinlatma cok kotu, prizler yari calisir halde, hijyen sallantida. Benim icin gayet kotu bir tecrubeydi.

Konak mimari olarak etkileyici bir yapıya sahipti. Odalar ve ortak alanlar temiz ve bakımlıydı; temizlik açısından herhangi bir olumsuzluk yaşamadık. 1. Gün: Otele girişte, rezervasyon ve ödeme sırasında satın almadığımız bir oda tarafımıza verilmek istendi. İtirazımız üzerine, aslında satın aldığımız odanın verilmesi bir hata düzeltmesi olarak değil, bize yapılan bir “jest” şeklinde sunuldu. Bu durum konaklamaya olumsuz bir başlangıç yapılmasına neden oldu. 2. Gün: Gece saatlerinde çevrede asker eğlencesine denk gelindi. Yüksek sesli müzik gece geç saatlere kadar devam etti ve dinlenme beklentisini olumsuz etkiledi. 3. Gün: Gece boyunca avluda süren konuşmalar ve yan odalardan gelen sesler, sanki aynı odadaymış gibi net şekilde duyuldu. Bu durum ses yalıtımının yetersiz olduğunu düşündürdü ve uyku konforunu etkiledi. 4. Gün: Odadaki prizlerin büyük bölümünün çalışmadığı fark edildi. Tek çalışan prize bağlı, elektrik bandıyla onarılmış bir uzatma kablosu kullanmak zorunda kalındı. Bu durum güvenlik açısından endişe yarattı. Bu değerlendirme tamamen kişisel konaklama deneyimime dayalıdır ve herhangi bir kişi ya da kurumu hedef alma amacı taşımamaktadır.

Kaldığımız konak gerçekten tertemizdi bir gece konakladık. Konak sahipleri olsun çalışanları olsun gerçekten misafirperverlik konusunda mükemmeldi. Konumu merkezi her yere yürüyerek 15 dk da varabildik. Bir daha antepe gitsem tekrar konaklamakta tereddüt etmeyeceğim bir yer oldu.

Otel çok eski maalesef ilgi alaka hiç yok sadece gece nöbeti tutan arkadaş güler yüzlü karşıladı konağa giriş yaparken ayakkabılarımızı çıkarıyoruz ama içerisi dökülüyor sonradan 3 metre² banyo yapmışlar duş almaya insan çekiniyor araç park yeri var dediler kaldırımda kaldık gece ücrette park yerine para ödedim Antep’e gittiğim zaman asla bu Konak’ta kalmam
