About the "Podere Colle Il Diaccino" facility:

The "Colle Il Diaccino" complex was planned and designed by the owners themselves. A separate concept for living in a holiday home was realized. In connection with the climate, architecture should help to separate from everyday life more easily and to find oneself in another world. Light and colors, the connection between inside and outside, materials (natural stone, wood, fabrics) and the integration of art play an important role.
Architecture, climate and landscape create a framework in which the guest can enjoy the holiday region of Maremma and southern Tuscany in a relaxed and stimulating way. The large garden area also contributes to this, which offers the full variety of the typical Tuscan landscape such as cypresses, pines, olives, stone and cork oaks, oleanders and much more.

About the object Apartment Vetulonia (1st floor):

This apartment on the upper floor also has a large room volume due to the large room height (ridge height over 4m). In addition to a spacious bedroom and a large living room with an additional couch, it also offers space for a sleeping gallery for children. Here too, the view stretches from the balcony surrounded by wisteria to the plain and to the surrounding hills of the Maremma.
