Cosiest atmosphere, warm people, splendid area

We would like to thank the owners again for the wonderful time we spent in their lovely house. They welcomed us very warmly and received us in their home where we had all the privacy we needed and also the best accomodation possible. Our hosts were lovely and very welcoming. The location and property beautiful. Well maintained attractive property with communal use of the pool and garden area. Stunning views and peaceful, restful ares provided under the shade of ancient olive trees.We loved our time here and hope to return.The online listing did not make it clear it was a communal property and our host's home. Although this did not ruin stay, it altered our anticipated experience. We were not advised of the check in process by the booking agent. If we had known that our hosts were expecting us by a certain time, we would have let them know of our transport delays. We would most certainly return with family and friends. As the hosts, location and property were delightful.

Katalin und Richard sind ganz bezaubernde Gastgeber -und hat es an nichts gefehlt. Zimmer und Garten sind sehr liebevoll gestaltet, man fühltsich sofort sehr wohl. Der Weg nach Caldana ist kein Problem - dort gibt es leckere Restaurants, Bäcker, Metzger und eine Coop. Rundherum ein wunderbarer Urlaub :)

Wir hatten wundervolle und sehr erholsame Urlaubstage auf Le Chiuse. Die Lage des Grundstücks ist traumhaft. Umgeben von Olivenbäumen hat man einen phänomenalen Ausblick auf die hügelige und weite Landschaft. Am Pool lässt es sich wunderbar aushalten - es gibt Schattenplätze unter den Olivenbäumen.Auf dem weitläufigem Grundstück findet man überall liebvoll hergerichtet Sitzplätze zum Entspannen.Die Gastgeber sind so herzlich und freundlich und stehen für Fragen imemr zur Verfügung.Im Appartment war alles vorhanden, was man brauchte.Le Chiuse ist einfach ein Ort zum Verweilen und Sein. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Einen herzlichen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren das erste Mal auf Le Chiuse und haben ein kleines Paradies entdeckt. Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Das Apartment war sauber und mit viel Liebe und vielen Details eingerichtet. In der Küche hat es uns an gar nichts gefehlt (wir haben fast jeden Tag selber gekocht). Auch der Garten mit Pool lädt in vielen Ecken zum Verweilen ein. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen wieder.

Wunderschöner Ort und hervorragende Gastgeber

Wunderschöner Ort und phantastische Gastgeber. Für mich persönlich der schönste Platz im Vergleich zu bisherigen Aufenthalten in der Toskana. Noch viel schöner als auf den Bildern zu sehen. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Der Ort allein ist schon ein Urlaub wert. Der Schwimmingpool ist phantastisch und man hat von dort aus einen 360 Grad Rundumblick auf die Umgebung. Die Gastgeber sind herzlich, kümmern sich um alles und schaffen dort eine wunderbare Atmosphäre. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Einen schöneren Ort werden sie kaum finden.

Ein Traumurlaub bei Richard und Katalin!

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit in der Ferienwohnung von Richard und Katalin. Die Wohnung war nicht nur äußerst komfortabel und sauber, sondern auch mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den absolut herrlichen Pool, der für uns das Highlight des Urlaubs war. Auch der alte Olivenbaum war ein toller Schattenspender! Wir konnten hier wunderbar entspannen. Richard und Katalin sind die perfekten Gastgeber – stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und dabei unglaublich herzlich. Traumurlaub in der Toskana

Zwei Wochen durften wir bei Richard & Katalyn Mayer auf ihrem Refugium „Le Chiuse“ zu Gast sein. Und wir haben jede Minute genossen. Der Charme der Anlage wurde nur noch von den Gastgebern übertroffen. Short break in Tuscany

A short stop in a lovely place in the hills. The apartments are well equipped and decorated in a classic Tuscan style, our balcony had an amazing view of the olive trees and the lush green rolling hills. Le Chiuse is set in peaceful well kept gardens and has a swimming pool which is meticulously cleaned by the owners daily. Richard and Katalin are excellent hosts and tended to our every need also advising on places to visit during our stay. Le Chiuse is beautiful peaceful place and we hope to return soon.

Schönster Aufenthalt in traumhafter Lage

Ich habe selten so einen entspannten Urlaub in einem Ferienhaus mit traumhafter Lage verbracht, das so tolle Gastgeber hatte. Familiäre Atmosphäre mit individueller Betreuung, weitläufiges Terrain, eine tolle Wohnung mit atemberaubender Aussicht von der Terasse. Super geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, Haus und Garten. Bald soll noch der neue Pool fertig werden, dann wollen die Gäste sicher nie wieder gehen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Dank an Katalin und Richard, die uns so schön aufgenommen haben. Und einen besonderen Gruß an den lieben und klugen Chico, best dog ever!!!!

Die Unterkunft ist fantastisch, gemütlich und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet sodass man sich einfach wohlfühlen muss. Durch die eher abgelegene Lage stellen sich schnell Entspannung und Erholung ein. Man kann die Zeit einfach in der Natur genießen und dem alltäglichen Trubel schnell entkommen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, und wenn etwas fehlt oder man Hilfe benötigt sind die Gastgeber mit einem offenen Ohr da. Sie sind immer für ein Pläuschchen aufgelegt und man fühlt sich vom ersten Augenblick an wie bei Freunden. Eines weiß ich ganz sicher, wir kommen wieder!

Ein wundervolles Objekt und ganz besondere Gastgeber!

Wir sind bereits sehr erfahrene Toskana-Urlauber, kann man wohl inzwischen sagen. Und der Urlaub in diesem Jahr war ein ganz besonderer! Es ist ein sehr, sehr gepflegtes Objekt. Mit viel Liebe auch im Detail eingerichtet. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben sind die Gastgeber! Super nett, viel Information zur Umgebung - egal ob kulturell, zum Baden im Meer, zu Restaurants, Osterias etc, aber auch zur Geschichte der Region. Deutsche Gastgeber, die schon seit über 30 Jahren ihr Anwesen so aufgebaut haben, dass man heute den Eindruck hat, man ist auf einer der schönsten Plätze der Erde. Die toskanische Landschaft war natürlich schon immer da. Das Objekt liegt wenig unterhalb von Caldana auf einem Hügel umgeben von einer Urlaubsoase mit Palmen, Zypressen, Pinienbäume, Oleandersträuchen, Agaven, Kakteen, ganz vielen u.a. auch sehr alten Olivenbäumen, Rosmarin und anderen Kräutern, Wein, Blumen, vielen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, einem Baumhaus ;-)) - also gerade auch für die Erholung vor Ort super geeignet um bei herrlichem Ausblick in die Umgebung (Täler, Hügel, Vetulonia und Montepescali sowie andere Orte) mal so richtig abschalten und Ruhe finden zu können. Gastgeber, die immer da sind, zurückhaltend aber doch immer ansprechbar, immer auch für kleine Überraschungen bereit (z.B. mit einem Cocktail an die Liege, einem gemeinsamen Essen mit Grillen) - also es war einfach traumhaft! Man kann die alles gar nicht so richtig aufschreiben - das sollte man einfach mal erlebt haben! Wir waren jedenfalls sehr begeistert und zufrieden, und es tat in der Seele weh, nach 3 Wochen Urlaub dort wieder abreisen zu müssen. Wir werden Le Chiuse auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen!

Acceuil irréprochable,gentillesse..discrétion.. conseils..les hôtes sont là pour que nous faire passer des moments merveilleux.la propriété est magnifique..la vue superbe! Le jardin..des oliviers centenaires des plantes odorantes des lieux choisis pour se relaxer.. Endroit à partager. Parfait pour une famille à la découverte de la toscane.
