The 70sqm villa has been completely renovated in the spring of 2019 with much love and equipped with every comfort.

The house is divided into a large, bright living room with open kitchen and dining area with seating for up to 6 people, a cozy divan in front of the fireplace invites you to rest and also for an entertaining evening on the TV. In addition, the divan is also suitable for another person to sleep. Two romantic bedrooms with modern comfort mattresses with a total of 2 Quennsbetten and a single bed guarantee restful sleep. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
From the living room you step through a 2m wide French window on the terrace and enjoy the breakfast with the extremely reassuring view of the romantic olive grove with its 300 z. T. secular trees.
In front of the terrace is the brick barbecue, for cozy barbecues.
The property is fenced, the access is through a lockable gate and parking is right next to the house.
From the spring of 2020, the whole will be extended by its own private pool, until then the 150m distant communal pool of our holiday residence "Podere La Fornace" will be at your disposal.

The equipment belongs u. a. Dishwasher, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, fly screens, espresso machine, modern comfort mattresses, garden furniture and sun loungers.
Other positive things:, biol. Olive oil and wine (own production), bread service, on request our legendary Tuscan evening with 4-course menu (held in our resort La Fornace) in winter a Christmas tree is ready, dogs are welcome, once a week massages by our physiotherapist (after reservation).

How to get there: You will arrive on the motorway from the north, past Pisa + Livorno, always in the direction of Rome-Grosseto. In Rosigniano Marittimo the motorway is over (toll booth). From there take the SS1 (freeway), direction Grosseto until exit Gavorrano scalo. Please do not turn before in the direction of Gavorrano and Bagno di Gavorrano! Now head towards Ravi. On country road (old Aurelia SS1) approx. Drive 7 km, then comes the signpost Bivio Ravi, shortly thereafter comes a roundabout, here do not turn to Ravi, which is located on top of a mountain, but 1km straight on direction Grosseto, here on the right the 2. Departure to Ravi. Then drive exactly 1300m on this small, uphill road until a gravel road comes to the left. Here turn please, after about 50m then left the driveway of our resort La Fornace.
