This is a detached villa located in the new VIP area of ‘Casa Conti di Sotto’ with a private solarium and heated Finnish hot tub, private garden with barbecue and gazebo, small private fitness area, and parking in front of the villa.
It has two bedrooms, one double and one with three single beds, a double sofa bed in the dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher and electric oven), and two bathrooms with hydromassage showers. The villa has satellite television with DVD-DVX.
There is a private washing machine, iron and ironing board and a wood-burning oven.
The private solarium is equipped with sun loungers and a swing.
