The stay was otherwise good but they sneakingly added a daily parking fee of 17 /day which was never communicated nor advertised on the booking. My 4 day stay went from $700 to over $800 after these fees. It’s not abt the money but about clear advertising and living up to your brand. When we do booking I need to exactly see all these fees and data points before I make my pick. By the way there is a parking near Gatlinburg downtown which costs $10 so choose that over this.

Room was clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was okay but definitely expected for a continental breakfast. I do wish they left out water or coffee for during the day and not just during breakfast. Overall, would stay here again

The start was magnificent. My wife and i enjoyed the stay. The staff was very friendly and nice. The hotel was very clean. We will make this our place to stay on vacation when we go on vacation.
