This hotel is the best. It is in walking distance to a lot and is on the strip. It is pet friendly and a good cost per night. The front office staff is awesome. Will definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at The Wander Hotel in Gatlinburg and had an overall positive experience. The location is fantastic—close to the main strip but still quiet enough to relax after a busy day exploring the area. It’s a great base for visiting the Smoky Mountains or enjoying the attractions downtown. The room was clean and modern, and I appreciated having a king-size bed. However, one downside was that the fitted sheet didn’t actually fit the mattress—it kept slipping off during the night, which was a bit frustrating. A small detail, but one that definitely affected comfort. Other than that, everything else was smooth. Staff were friendly, check-in was easy, and the atmosphere was laid-back. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and stylish stay in Gatlinburg—just maybe bring your own sheets if you're picky about bedding!

The bed were comfortable the bathrooms were clean the refrigerator could’ve been a little colder. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, especially the girl who checked us in on Wednesday and checked us out on Saturday and every time she seen us asked us what we wanted and even called us by name. She had a very good personality.

Visited Gatlinburg this past weekend staying at the Wander Hotel. Staff at the hotel were great and very helpful. Our room was clean, spacious and had a great view. The complimentary breakfast was greatand more than we expected. Parking was more than ample and hotel had a great location on the strip. Had a small problem with our door and TV but staff responded quickly and fixed the problem. We requested more bath towels and staff brought them to us promptly along with other linens. We were on tge 5th floor in building C with a corner room and balcony which was perfect. Only issues were the hot tub was not working and the elevator had a mildew odor but other than that the Wander Hotel was great. We are already planning to return next year.

The hotel looks outdated but the room itself was nice. Loved having a private balcony. My only complaints would be about the breakfast. One morning did not have juice or creamer for the coffee and our last day there I planned our leave time so we could still enjoy a breakfast before hitting the road and it was not ready at the time advertised. That being said, I would still definitely stay here again.

We stayed here several times. The last time was horrible. If they book you for Building B room 132 refuse it! All night all you hear is them doing laundry and washers spinning unbalanced. The matresses were all stained and overall a run down room. The balcony rooms are 100% better!
