Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit retained.
Noise level MUST BE MINIMAL after 10PM! There is a noise level city ordinance.

The black bear is very common around this area, and they show up in our chalet very often. Please use caution and if you spot one make sure not to feed them! Do not approach them either. Always close windows tightly, lock the doors and lock car doors properly ! Don't leave food or trash outside the house.
