Great location, room was nice staff friendly. Enjoyed the outdoor seating and fire pits. Bath was nice and roomy. Deck overlooking stream made for a nice atmosphere. Will stay there again.

The hotel was in a great location. We hiked the Twin Creeks Trail the first day there which was just a short walk from the hotel. The hotel was just a short walk from the shops in downtown Gatlinburg but far enough to feel like you were away from the busyness of downtown. Also, great staff!
