I was looking for a pet friendly hotel with a balcony view of the creek and a pull out couch. They had it all plus a nice gym, pool, hot tub and a beautiful sitting area around the fire with a view of the creek, relaxing and just what i needed.

The hotel is very good, but I didn't like the breakfast very much, perhaps because of the holidays and the large number of people... What I didn't like was having to pay for parking. I've stayed at other hotels in Gatlinburg five times before and they never charged me extra for parking.

The bed was hard and lumpy. The bathroom toliet was so short like it was for kids. There was a wet towel in the bathroom floor when we got there.

I was in town for Christmas. The hotel was buzzing with happy visitors and there were MANY of them! My room was in the 5th floor-spacious, well-appointed and the bed was dreamy comfortable! I had a balcony to enjoy each morning as dawn was approaching but the best part was the 🔥 place! I used that thing every single day! Breakfasts each morning were plentiful and varied. Good coffee as well. I bright my Christmas decorations for a more festive, homey feel-even my holiday quilt. Location was so convenient to the main drag… Be sure to hit both Crockett’s Breakfast Camp at least once for breakfast. Old Mill has fabulous, generous comfort food in Pigeon Forge. You won’t be able to resist the corn fritters! Staff at the Hampton was very friendly and helpful.

Literally 3 main options eggs a meat sausage one day(undercooked) and gravy. Ham, eggs and potatoes the next day. second day ALL the juice was out so the only option was water. Biscuits were included the first day but not the second.i luckily got the last piece of bread to make toast but felt sorry for everyone else behind me that I heard complain great there was no bread. Overall I had a great experience BUT the breakfast area can definitely do better with being stocked and having different options or if you are limited with options at least keep those options stocked. I came to breakfast the second day of my stay at 7:35 there was no butter, no fruit and no juice. As I was finishing my toast someone brought out 5 bananas one family took 3 I took 1 and tha left 1 with a packed dining room
