BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

Bedroom 1/Master is located on the main floor with a king sized bed, a Roku equipped smart tv and a huge walk-in closet. The master bathroom is equipped with a stand alone shower and a separate, free standing jetted tub to enjoy a glass of wine.

Bedroom 2 is located on the bottom level with a queen sized bed, a Roku equipped smart tv and a large closet.

Bedroom 3 is also located on the bottom level with a queen sized bed, a Roku equipped smart tv and a large closet.

Bedroom 2 & 3 share a bathroom located between the two bedrooms. There is also a half bathroom located on the main floor of the house.

KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM

This kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need, including a coffee maker, a crockpot, a blender and an excellent selection of cookware, utensils, tableware and serving dishes. Bring your favorite beverage to enjoy in our provided cocktail and wine glasses.

Enjoy family meals at our large dining table as well as the island that seats three.

Enjoy a cookout on the gas grill while overlooking the mountains.

The open floor plan and surrounding picture windows and gas fireplace in the living room are the perfect place to relax and gather together. Enjoy time with family and friends in this cozy home with plenty of seating for all.

Kick back on the comfy sofas and chairs and dive into that book you've been meaning to finish or stay up to date on all your favorite shows on the large smart TV that is equipped with Roku.

OUTSIDE SPACE

Getting a boost of fresh mountain air is as easy as stepping out onto the private wrap around porch, soaking in the hot tub, grilling out or enjoying a game of outdoor checkers and chess game with your family!

Take in the picturesque mountain views from the rocking chairs while sipping on your morning coffee or relaxing in the hot tub.

This property is just 5.4 miles to downtown Gatlinburg, 12.4 miles to Dollywood and 9.3 miles to Pigeon Forge.

Kids and adults alike will love the three arcade games and pop a shot basketball game! Curl up on the couches and watch a movie by the electric fireplace.

Getting Around:
The drive to the cabin is paved the entire way although it is recommended to have an all-wheel or 4-wheel drive in case of inclement weather. There is a large gravel driveway with plenty of room for multiple cars.

You will have private access to the entire cabin.

48 hours before your arrival, we will message you with directions, your door code, and other check in details. We are owner-operated! No meeting for off-site for keys, just arrive at the cabin!

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am. No early check in or late check out is permitted. This is a large and popular cabin and we need to give our cleaners ample time to clean for the next guests.

The hot tub is ready for you to use and should NOT be set lower than 100 degrees or more than 104 degrees at all times.

We have stocked the cabin with many items including start-up supplies. However, you will likely need to supplement with your own during your stay. More details will be sent in our Welcome Letter five days prior to arrival.

Lastly, we understand there may be situations that arise that may cause you to have to cancel. We have a strict cancellation policy and highly recommend purchasing travel insurance during your booking or within 10 days of booking. Insurance can be purchased directly through VRBO.
