I have been going to Gatlinburg for years and this is hands down the nicest hotel in the area. Beautiful property, central, CLEAN, great breakfast and great touch on the complimentary happy hour drinks. Will be back for sure!

The room was fine. The staff not friendly. When checking in no one was at desk. My husband had to wait for quite a while when a lady finally showed up. She said she was in restroom. No apologies for waiting so long. The hotel is quite a trek to the main parkway in Gatlinburg. Over half a mile. Not so bad going but coming back uphill. We won’t be staying here again. So many more places to stay at better locations. Over priced. They started charging for parking which was surprising. $15 dollars a day. Only great thing is breakfast. Top notch.

We have stayed many places in Gatlinburg and this has been the spot so far! We enjoyed the building being clean, the staff being friendly and accomodating, and how convenient the property is. We got to see a bear twice. We travelled with a teen and a puppy. We all enjoyed and will be back!

Great breakfast Housekeeping was lacking the first night but then perfect the second. Terrible experience with the front desk person checking me in the first night.. extremely rude, had been on her phone and appeared inconvenience to assist me in checking me in. Other staff however were friendly the remainder of the visit. Disappointed that the indoor pool was only around 3 ft.

Breakfast was the best I’ve ever seen at a hotel!! Fresh and tons of options. Pool with outdoor amenities galore. Close walk to restaurants. Super close to the entrance of Smokey Mountain National Park.Fantastic hotel with the only issue being that our room (on the 5th floor) was directly under the HVAC system on the roof. It was so loud and it would turn on randomly throughout the night waking me up from a dead sleep. Not sure what the solution is, but pray you don’t get our room on the 5th floor. lol
