This property has seen better days, The only great thing i can say about this Hotel is the bed was very comfortable, the location was in walking distance to all the things downtown has to offer as well as being close to the walking spur in the park and the National Park sign and...The Broken elevator helped me get my steps in every day walking up to the 3rd floor multiple times a day. I felt the neighborhood was safe and the price aligned with the hotel level.

The suite was designed nicely but the hotel overall has seen better days. There were broken items, quite a few outlets didn’t work, and while it wasn’t disgusting, it is not the cleanest hotel in the area. Overall it was fine for a couple nights but for the same price you can find a hotel that’s in better shape with more than one or two staff trying to put in effort.

Parking was good but didn't move car after parking Friday afternoon until I left Monday morning. Air-conditioner didn't run a lot so it was a little damp in therewith all the rain. Room was nice.

Every room was dirty, pool was unusable, breakfast was simple not many choices and cards for rooms stopped working many times!! It was very unfortunate as it was in such a great location. I spent one full hour cleaning the room. And spent an extra $30 on cleaning supplies. Rugs seem to have never been cleaning and the place is completely outdated with a musty smell.

I had Room 310 with connector doors on both sides. The people in 309 tried hard to open the door and get in the room. Also the doors let through a lot of noise. The room was clean and bed was super comfortable. Water pressure was kind of low for a hotel. Overall, I would stay here again.
