We had a wonderful, relaxing stay and couldn’t have asked for more. The location (close to the artist loop) was great and we enjoyed the fire table each night and the hot tub as well! The kids loved watching movies on the comfy sofa and I appreciate that it is a pet friendly cabin. Communication was amazing before and during our stay. I would absolutely stay again!

Cabin was very clean. Hot tub was also very clean. Had an issue with the fire put but property management was very quick to respond and fixed the issue. We liked that the grill was plumbed for gas as well. Made it much easier than dealing with LP or charcoal.

Nice cabin, needs streaming upgrade

The cabin is located right in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so it made travel easy. The property management company is excellent and extremely responsive to anything you need at any time. The inside of the cabin was clean and spacious. Only two things to report- lack of silverware, there was exactly seven forks. Last, I would have hoped for upgrades with the TVs and options to stream or have movie channels available. In fairness to the owners, the tv/cable/lack of streaming was disclosed prior to arrival. However, for the amount of money spent to stay in the cabin, those upgrades are somewhat expected. Overall we had an enjoyable, positive stay and we would return.

Great stay in July '21!

The property was very clean and was spacious and cozy at the same time. We had two small issues (HDMI hookup on the theater tv on the lower level and not enough silverware) that were addressed immediately! Can not say enough good things about the property in general. While you are in a "resort" community, you are in the woods. All furniture and beds were very comfortable and the game room on the first level (along with a hot tub) was great for the kids AND adults. There were 10 of us staying at the house and it was plenty of room. Highly recommend!

We had a great Christmas

It was a great place to stay. Well kept. Very nice and clean. Only complaints I would have is the fireplace didn’t work and we couldn’t get surround sound to work on the projector.
