The apartment has two bedrooms with a total of three beds - two double beds and an additional sofa bed - thus providing comfortable overnight accommodation. With two bathrooms, including one with a shower and one with a bathtub, there is sufficient space for all guests.

The fully equipped American kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: glass ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine Senseo Pad, oven, dishwasher, crockery, toaster and kettle make cooking a pleasure. WiFi and two TVs with German, English and Dutch channels provide entertainment.

The location is dreamlike: Only 500m from the supermarket, 10m from the bus stop and 1.1 km from the Versettla ski area. Golfers will get their money's worth at the Montafon Golf Club, which is 14 km away, and the Schruns train station is easily accessible at a distance of about 14 km.

The outdoor area offers a wonderful place to relax with a garden, garden furniture, and terrace (21.11 m²). Dreamlike mountain views and the rural surroundings make this stay a special experience.
