The apartment is modernly furnished with an open living / dining area, large dining table, 2 comfortable leather sofas and smart TV with satellite connection (incl. SKY). Own W-LAN connection. The wall fireplace ensures cozy evenings. Top equipped kitchen, open to the living area. 2 bedrooms with box spring beds (1.80 x 2.00 m) and smart TV. In the third bedroom comfortable sofa bed (mat 1.60 x 2.00m) desk, Smart TV. There are 2 shower rooms, one with a walk in shower and one with a 90x90 shower. Large roofed sun balcony with dining table, 2 recliners (lift-up position) and 2 footstools. Great water view of the Szczecin Lagoon. Spacious leisure and wellness areas, outdoor barbecue area, playground, carport, Fahrradabstellbereiche.

In the neighborhood of this house is just another oasis house with 6 units (completion June 2019). Until then, there may be occasional disruptions on weekdays.

On a park-like grounds - beautifully quiet in the nature park - but only 10 minutes away by car from the overcrowded seaside resorts lies the oasis Am Haff. Here, the name speaks for itself. In the front part of the grounds large playgrounds for children, barbecue areas, boule alley. The nearest beach Kamminke can be reached quickly by bike in a few minutes directly from the complex. schöne Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick

Die Wohnung war schön groß und die Terrasse samt Ausblick ein Traum. Leider hatten wir mit dem Wetter etwas Pech. Die Fitnessräume (2 Stück sind doch etwas wenig, wenn das Wetter sehr schlecht ist) waren gut ausgestattet, allerdings hätte ich mir noch ein Laufband gewünscht. Die Saunen waren modern und die Spielzimmer gut eingerichtet. Der Billardtisch war gut besucht, es bräuchte aber neue Queuesspitzen. Im gesamten waren wir zufrieden.
