The rooms looked kind of like what they did in the photos, but not really. The toilet didn’t flush correctly, I pulled the curtain apart to take a shower and two roaches crawled out, when I got out of the shower a roach was on the wall beside my bed, and when I pulled the main blanket away from the sheets, the fitted sheet had cigarette burns on it. Other than that, decent service, good spot to stay considering it’s on I 40, Walmart is 1 min away, Raleigh is about 20 min. Pretty nasty room though. Never gonna book again

My stay this far has been comfortable and rooms are clean. The area is quite and convenient to many local stores such as Walmart, Lowes, and Dollar Tree. Multiple gas station locations such as Speedway and Exxon. Plenty of eatery spots such as Crackle Barrel, and Smithfield BBQ just to name a few.

I drove 8 hours from up north to see family. I was denied service. Front desk guy said he didn’t need to have a reason. Called the cops to see if there was any way they can assist. Not much they can do but they stated they have problem at this hotel all the time. As I’m waiting for the cops to show the guy locks us (my fiance, two kids and I) in the office and puts the air on blast. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

Nothing was unique. Taking back by find a cockroach crawling from behind my pillow when pulling the covers back. Brought bug issue (in hand) to front desk employee's attention and we were changed to another room quickly. I felt uneasy most of the night about sleeping comfortably wondering if the new room had bugs too!

Marijuana Smell

The check in was good. Walking down the hall to our room it smelled of marijuana. When we entered our room the room smelled of it as well. Sitting on the bed was even worse. The pillows smelled awful. We went to the front desk and Joni e was there. We turned in our key and left never even stayed. We lost our money and would never recommend this place to anyone.

Walked into the hotel room and there was immediately a smell of smoke. There was food in the garbage can, a dead moth and spider in the bathroom sink. There were stains on the wall and on the floor. We immediately left the hotel. The manager refuses to contact expedia in order to give a refund. Do not book this hotel.

Rudest front desk staff I’ve ever encountered. They do not like when you book online because you get better deals and they don’t make as much money. The woman at the desk said that I cannot book online if I renew my stay, I will have to do it “in house” and if I leave and come back with an on line reservation that I will be charged $50. The staff would just walk into my room without knocking. Rude rude people.

Only room for 1 at check in location. Check in closed at night and we were not provided phone number if help was needed. Our room keys worked sporadically and needed lots of jiggling to activate. Old model TV's, old carpeting. Room has odor of smoke. Would not stay again.
