The hallway leads to the back of the apartment, where the bedroom with attached bathroom awaits. Bright country furniture provides the right flair to feel comfortable. Also here is a flat screen TV and also a second balcony, from which you can look directly at the small river "Kanker" and also "listen".

Lovely stay in a beautiful town

Great communication with the property manager! We had an issue with the internet on the first day (it was a little spotty). While we were working on figuring out what the issue was, the property manager checked in with us to see how check in went and how we liked the apartment. Both were great, but we communicated the internet issue, and the staff came out quickly and reset the modem and it was solved! The flat is spacious, airy, and a beautiful view of the mountains from the living area, and lovely sounds of a waterway off the bedroom and bathroom area. The apartment building and the flat are pristine and the garage parking a real plus. It is necessary to bring your baggage up two floors from the garage. The garbage instructions are a little complicated, but our stay—6 nights—was so lovely and really not long enough for us. We will return!! There is some traffic noise during the day in the front living area with the windows open (negligible with them closed) but otherwise a very peaceful stay. Do not hesitate to book!

Nice quite place

Very comfortable and quiet place to stay. Quick communication from the owner, however, the management company was a little slow to respond. Location was good, however it is located near a busy road. Lots close by within waking distance.

Schöne Wohnung für 2

Angenehme schöne Wohnung mit Blick auf die Berge. Verkehr der B23 hörbar, aber noch OK. Sehr gut ob der Parksituation in der kurzen Zufahrtsstraße ist der zugehörige Stellplatz im Keller.

Lediglich der Verkehr auf der Hauptstraße wäre auf dem Balkon etwas nervig gewesen, der wurde aber wegen des Wetters sehr wenig genutzt… Ansonsten war es SEHR sauber und wunderbar eingerichtet! Die Lager war top, ebenso wie die Ausstattung! War vermutlich nicht das letzte Mal!

Toller Urlaub mit nur kleinem Problemen

Als Stamm-GAP-Urlauber zum ersten Mal in Partenkirchen niedergelassen. In der Nähe des Skistadions gelegen, die Wege nach Garmisch sind zum Beispiel mit dem Fahrrad gut zu schaffen. Auffällig stark ist die Ausstattung der Wohnung selbst - vor allem in der Küche wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Kleinere Probleme gab es nur bei der vereinbarten Schlüsselübergabe per Tresor vor dem Haus, der lag meiner Ankunft (nach Bürozeit) leider nicht drin. Ein Mitarbeiter kam innerhalb von 20 Minuten aber mit dem Fahrrad vorbei und regelte das. Die Kosten fürs Taxi zur Wohnung sind nur wegen der Wartezeit ganz schön in die Höhe gegangen.
