The apartment has 2 balconies (east and west) with garden furniture on which you can enjoy the view with a coffee in the morning or a sundowner in the evening. The apartment is quietly located on the outskirts of Garmisch only 10 minutes walk from the Wankbahn. This brings its guests in a few minutes drive to the Wankberg, the local mountain of Partenkirchen. From there you have a fantastic alpine view (on the Zugspitze and over Garmisch-Partenkirchen) and enjoy parallel an excellent gastronomy offer. Due to the central location of the accommodation you can reach shopping facilities, restaurants and cafes in only 5-8 minutes by car (2-3 km). Several food markets are only 3-4 minutes away by car. Garmisch-Partenkirchen is the ideal starting point for an eventful vacation in nature. Here you can go skiing or cross-country skiing, hiking or biking.
