The apartment "BergIdylle 2" is located in a new building complex with a total of one other holiday flat as well as four private flats. This gem is located on the 1st floor and can be reached either by lift or stairs.

In addition to the high-quality furniture, the living room offers a fireplace as a special extra - a crackling fire in winter, who wouldn't be warmed by that? While one part of the family puts their feet up, the other part can let off steam in the open kitchen. State-of-the-art technology makes the heart of every hobby cook beat faster. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to the oven, you also have a steamer! Make your morning smoothie in the high-quality stand mixer or use the Nespresso machine for the perfect start to the day!

Then take a seat at the large dining table. There is room here for all your travel companions!

The bathroom is very spacious and offers a corner bathtub as well as a large level shower separately. Towel dryer and hairdryer are also available. The underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth not only in the bathroom but throughout the entire flat!

A separate toilet is also available.

Both bedrooms have access to the balcony as well as two comfortable beds and enough storage space in the wardrobes!

From the all-round balcony you have a breathtaking view of the mountains. Here you can enjoy hours of sunshine outside! The entire flat has electric shutters. You decide when the sun's rays are allowed to wake you up!

The house has a free underground parking space, a ski room, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and WiFi! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. A baby travel cot can be booked for a fee of 25 euros (one-time fee)!

Wir haben eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen und top ausgestatteten Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage ist super, die Busanbindung direkt vor der Tür ebenso weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen wunderschönen rundum Balkon , welchen wir aufgrund des anhaltenden Regens leider nicht nutzen konnten. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter. Vielen Dank :-)

Wir sind zum 2. Mal in der Bergidylle 2 gewesen. Es war auch dieses ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Der Ausblick aus dem Wohnzimmer ist einfach nur schön. Größe und Lage waren für uns passend. Tolle FeWo. Irgendwann sind dann ja auch die Baustellen an den Nachbarhäusern fertig (nur wenig Lärm,vor allem Kran im Sichtfeld)...

Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Sie befindet sich in einem sehr guten Zustand und entspricht den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Nur die etwas harten Betten mag nicht jeder. Durch den umlaufenden Balkon hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf alle Berge rings herum. Trotz des neuen Vorderhauses hat man auch einen schönen Blick auf die Alpspitz. Schade, dass derzeit durch eine Baustelle in der Nähe ein Kran im Blickfeld steht (aber nicht auf dem Grundstück). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich ganz in der Nähe. In gut 15 Minuten ist man auch zu Fuß in der Stadtmitte von Garmisch. Ein Bäcker ist auch neben dem Norma Markt ganz in der Nähe. Die Abwicklung mit dem Team von Alpenferienwohnungen.de war professionell und einfach.

Sehr schöne Wohnung. Die Fotos würde ich neu machen lassen....die Wohnung sieht in Wirklichkeit noch viel besser aus. Haltestelle sehr nah. Sehr schöne Anlage und gepflegt. Wir kommen wieder. Toller Vermieter!! Haus ist sehr ruhig. Super Ausstattung der ganzen Wohnung. Riesiger Balkon im 1 OG ( gut 26 Meter lang) Danke auch für den netten Kontakt

Superschöne Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung und herrlichem Balkon Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich so wünscht. Auch Geschirr ist ausreichend vorhanden. Da wir ohne Auto angereist waren, war es ideal, dass eine Haltestelle in der Nähe ist und auch eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist gut zu erreichen. Auch der Service der Ferienwohnungsvermietung war ausgezeichnet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Lauter Urlaub

Um keinen falschen Eindruck zu erwecken bei der Gesamtbeurteilung muss man vorab sagen, dass die Wohnung, die Ortslage und auch die eingeschränkte Aussicht auf das Wettersteinmassiv Klasse waren. Es war zwar in der Beschreibung von zu erwartendem Baulärm die Rede, dass man aber morgens um 7 von Kreissäge, Hiltibohrer und lauter Radiomusik von der Baustelle geweckt wurde, schreibt aus Eigeninteresse niemand. Wir waren halt zur falschen Zeit da. Die eingeschränkte Aussicht störte weniger, da wir oft außer Haus waren und das Gebirge aus anderer Sicht genossen. Was uns allerdings übel aufgestoßen ist, war die fehlende Verabschiedung der Gastgeberin am Vorabend oder am Morgen der Abreise. Das haben wir noch nie erlebt.
