Had to wait 45 minutes past check-in time which was 3 o’clock because they had a glitch with their system. I was offered a bottle of warm water to sit with and wait in their uncomfortable lobby. Then finally got to my room unpacked went down to my car, came back to my room, and my door would not open Went down to the desk. Got a new key went back up to my room. Key would not open the door so never got a shower before I was to go downstairs and attend my 50th grad reunion. I was not a happy camper. The next morning at checkout, I was offered a $40 certificate to go have $40 worth of a breakfast at their restaurant of which I had no time to stop and use because I had to check out and be at an appointment. I will never stay in that hotel again

I had a small complaint about the tv in the suite not working, and the one in the bedroom worked fine. So i said, is it the old man not sure of to use the remote or was the tv not working. I had breakfast and went back to my room and it was fixed Good job team

Our room was a bit dated but had everything we needed. Convenient 2 queen beds w/ a kitchenette. Superstore across the street. Two restaurants and liquor store on the property. Felt very safe. Slept well. We used the gym, laundry, pool and sauna. Our 4th floor view was surrounded by trees which we loved for privacy. Our window opened slightly so you can hear the water fall and see white lights at night which we found incredibly peaceful and relaxing. Parking was included and plentiful. The only thing I'd suggest is front staff acknowledge, look up or smile at guests. We stayed 4 nights and only had one receptionist smiled at us. Such a small gesture but goes a long way. Otherwise, very nice vacation and I would recommend this hotel.

Super friendly staff. Rooms were spotless. The restaurant (Medley’s ) has lovely lighting and atmosphere and the staff was incredible - professional, but humorous too. We really enjoyed our stay

You can tell this property was good back in the day, very inviting front and lobby. Rooms are dated and TV’s are very old. The location is not inviting, feels quite “low rent” for charging almost $500/night.

We arrived and there was a power outage so the elevators and front door was not working. Finally lights back and we were able to check into our room. I did not like the fact that if there is more then 2 guest, they are charged extra. Also no breakfast options. Rooms are spacious and nice.
