On two levels, it consists of a spacious entrance hall, kitchen with dishwasher, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and living room with sofa bed and direct access to the wonderful private terrace with breathtaking views of the lake and surrounding mountains.
Additional services include: Smart TV, WI-FI, washing machine, TV, bed linen, towels and cot with high chair (on request); pets are not allowed and guidelines on waste separation are provided.
There is a public car park in the immediate vicinity and bicycles can be left in the hallway in front of the entrance door.
The excellent location of the flat is noted for its proximity to first services such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants and beaches which are approximately 150m to 2km away and the airport of Verona Villafranca only 63km away.
