I liked it was pet friendly. Staff was very nice. What didn’t like was there was a horrible smell in the bathroom coming from the pipes or something. Furniture was stained and worn. One of the Elevators was out half the time. We were on the 4th floor.

Very pet friendly. Our room still had pet hair. Stayed for 2 days and no one came to clean my room. Everything was old and looked nothing like the pictures advertised. I probably will not go back to this location. Smelled very weird. Like looking under the sink and smelling old plumbing water. The guest looked homeless that needed a place to take a shower.

We had a great check in and room was well stocked with most items. Hotel advertised store, but when we realized you forgot toothpaste, we quickly learned that this store only had snacks. Had to walk to the gas station across the street to be able to get some toothpaste for the day.

I keep booking this hotel because of eva the hotel manager! I have never received such good customer service before that made me want to come back to a specific hotel. she is very friendly and welcoming! every time i come she’s always there and is such a hard worker. always comes with the same welcoming attitude everyday and greets you with a smile. she’s very accommodating and always helps me out if i need an early check in. i only book at this hotel now because of her. not only that, the place is amazing for the price! very clean and comfy beds. the bathrooms are huge and the place feels very cozy. i feel like im in my own apartment when im here. parking is never an issue here and im usually upfront. i also appreciate the safe entry when coming into the hotel. the area is very nice and clean and the property looks very well taken care of. i love all of the art that is in the lobby when you walk in and how great it smells. I visit down here for work a lot and i’m going to continue come here just to receive the 5star service here for such a good deal! thank you to eva for making this and unforgettable experience and for now making me a returning customer
