Nice hotel. They even have a Starbucks in the lobby. The beds were a little too firm for my liking but overall good. I would stay here again. The shower water pressure is very good.

The first room they put us in was unacceptable it was supper dirty from bed sheets to there being either a kid toy or dog toy on the side of one of our bed we went o complain and the front desk didn’t look surprised at our complaints, they then put us in a different room a little cleaner but it smelled like mildew, the who night we could not sleep and there were weird noises coming from either the ceiling or who knows where, lastly one of the elevators didn’t work to go to level 5 it was a mess, I would not recommend staying here

My major issue was that I booked a room for a family of five. When we got to our room the bathroom was set up only for 2 people. Called front desk requesting more towels and wash cloths, blankets and sheet for the sofa bed. We went out came back 5 hours later and they still havent delivered requested item. Called again. Next day same issue. Day after that same issue. 4th day same.issue. Called each time. Also the AC in the room was not working properly.

Great place, but beware of parking fee
It was a great stay. I frequent Disneyland about every other month and always need a place to stay. This was the first time I deliberately booked the same hotel because of my past experience and it was just as good as the previous one. The prices are reasonable and it's a great place to stay. The only downside is they charge $25 per day for parking, which isn't shown anywhere on Hotels.come or anywhere else.

It was clean but the frint desk staff was awful. They were all very stuck up and looking us down. I believe thery were racist and made fun of my boyfriends condition. They made us feel very uncomfortable.
