There are 3 smart televisions. One is located in the downstairs living room, One is in the upstairs living room & another one is located in the Bunk Room.

This Cabin layout is perfect everyone there are 3 different living room areas. The Adults can enjoy a movie downstairs, the Teenagers in the upstair living area and the Little kids in the bunk room with their own movie.

This stunning nightly rental property is the ideal family-friendly cabin getaway, offering all the amenities and space needed for a memorable and relaxing vacation. With 2 on-suite King bedrooms, 2 King Bedrooms with a futon in each for extra sleeping and 5 modern bathrooms. This rental property can easily accommodate up to 20 guests, making it perfect for families with children or groups of friends.

As you enter the rental, you'll immediately feel at home with its warm and inviting ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen and formal dining area provide ample space for family meals, while the comfortable seating areas and large flat-screen TV in the living room is perfect for family movie night.

At times one master bedroom isn't enough. In addition to the main level master bedroom we have an upstairs master en suite with access to the deck.

Do you enjoy a good barbecue? Our cabin comes with a Camp Chef Wood Pellet Smoker for you to bring all the meats needed to prepare a family meal that everyone will enjoy. Pellets included for the smoker is another plus you'll receive when renting with us.

The location of the property, close to the Sweet Water Golf Course and with access to Ideal Beach amenities, provides endless opportunities for outdoor family fun. Children will love exploring the nearby nature and wildlife, including spotting deer, elk, and moose that often walk by the cabin.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Put all the used linens on the bathroom floor or in the laundry room.
Remove all trash upon departure. Dumpsters are located at the bottom of Sweetwater Hill on Kimball Lane behind a cement wall.
Please make sure the Ideal Beach Key is on the Kitchen Counter before leaving.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
