Shower had a nice big rust stain with no drain plug. The toilet filled to rim of the toilet with every flush. Ripped carpet in front of the door. Bed is very hard and uncomfortable, Swimming pool was unavailable. No salt packets. For the price I paid I would have thought the room and services would have been better.

The light bulbs in the room had to be replaced and the bottom of the tub didn't look clean. The bananas were brown and the omelets looked burnt

This is a very tired hotel! I have stayed at other Country Inn & Suites properties and this one was not to standard. While the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean, the furniture was tired, the building needs updating and the breakfast was sub-par. (Eg. The chair at the desk was so worn- Goodwill would not have accepted it for donation!)
