TWO LIVING ROOMS
When family fun turns into family feud, send the kids upstairs to the bonus room with 65" TV while the grown-ups lounge on the main-floor gel-infused sectional, turn on the fireplace, enjoy your own TV, and eat snacks without little human hands overtaking every last morsel.

FOUR BEDROOMS
Spacious bedrooms offer plenty of room to sprawl out and sleep up to 12 people. Enjoy sinking into the hybrid mattresses with supportive coils topped with body-conforming foam. Plus, every room comes with blackout drapes and a ceiling fan (or tower fan in the bunk room) to keep you cool.

Every bedroom and both living rooms are equipped with Roku TVs, allowing you to login to streaming platforms and watch your favorite shows. (And have the kids watch their shows separately so you can watch your own!)

When you want to gather together, whether it be for meals or to play one of the fun provided games, the kitchen table seats eight and is a great place to gather together.

Great Convenient Location

Property has been updated and is very clean. It feels bigger than it is. We had 3 adult couples and a teenager. Lots of room. The master suite is large. Location is walking distance to all the shake shops.

Family weekend ski trip

Great winter getaway

Plenty of room for our family of 7!! The beds were very comfortable, home was immaculate, soooo many soft blankets to cuddle in after spending the day at Beaver Mountain. Location was central to all of the activities that Bear Lake has to offer.

We had the best experience here! Andy was great at communicating before, during and after our stay! The place was everything expected and more! There was so much space for everyone and it was designed and decorated perfectly! They had so many amenities for us and everything is new and in tip-top shape! We will stay here again on our next trip to Bear Lake! We were six adults and one toddler and it was heavenly. Don’t hesitate to rent this gem which is walking distance to the lake and all the best eating spots! We just can’t say enough about our experience and how welcomed we felt!

Family end of summer fun.

Great location close to the lake and downtown area. Restaurants an easy walk. Very clean and in great shape. The kitchen was well equipped, clean, good working space. The owner was easy to work with. We’d highly recommend a stay!

Bear lake retreat!

The property was so beautiful and the furnishings and bedding were extremely nice. We went with our 3 kids and it was plenty big with everything we needed. It’s in a perfect location where everything was in walking distance. The host was so quick to respond when we needed something. Overall a 10/10. We’d definitely stay here again!

Fabulous property!

This place is great! I stayed with my family and some friends. The condo was well stocked with the basics, spices, cooking spay, and coffee. There was plenty of room for everyone and the beds were very comfortable. There were a lot extras for a perfect lake day including kayaks, beach chairs and sand toys. The extra tv room upstairs is a great place for the kids to hangout! The host was very responsive to any questions and concerns I had without delay. The location is very also perfect! I highly recommend this place and hope to return!
