Some families received a welcome basket and some didn't. The room wasn't prepared for 5 people and we were supposed to be in the newly renovated hotel but were out the back. When we approached the front desk we were informed that the room we booked was not available :(

Rooms though expensive and small, mean you can come back from the spa when tired through the connecting hotel to your room to rest.
