The LOS IRIS complex is located in the North residential area of Gandia beach, situated in one of the most peaceful areas of this beach. A step away from Temple square, where there are several tree-lined areas and entertainment for children and adults. The spacious common areas of the complex offer a swimming pool and a small, shallow children's pool, surrounded by landscaped areas.

The townhouse in question is just a step away from the common areas and swimming pool, yet separated from this zone with a large private patio with a large fig tree. On the ground floor, where the accommodation is accessed, there is an independent kitchen with exit to an exterior gallery, one bedroom, bathroom with shower tray, large living room and dining room. On the upper floor, there are three double bedrooms, bathroom with large bathtub. Two terraces accessible from two of the bedrooms. Includes garage parking space. It is equipped with bed linens and towels, and everything necessary for cooking and setting the table. It has air conditioning on both floors. Capacity 8 people. NO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THIRTY YEARS OLD ARE ALLOWED. Pets are admitted upon request, maximum weight 12 kg.

Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linens and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toiletries/bathroom). Includes biweekly bed linen change. We recommend bringing a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/miscellaneous items. A pressure cooker, blender, toaster, or hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential for you, don't forget to bring them!

Key collection will be carried out at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, starting at 1:00 PM. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 AM. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to address possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 that will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.

In case of bringing pets, they must pay a supplement of 5 €/night/pet.

The beach of Gandia offers lifeguard services during high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. During low season, we recommend having access to a vehicle to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits that are well worth it. There are many routes for hikers, both in the mountains and through the marshland. In the latter, very popular among ornithologists. The l'Ahuir beach, in the NORTH ZONE of the Gandia beach where ROMA XIV is located, is a virgin beach without buildings, notable for its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and native plants are found, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms, and rivers.
