No se permite la estancia de huespedes adicionales. Se deberán respetar las horas de descanso de 15 a 17h y de 00 a 09, así como las normas comunitarias de la urbanización. Queda totalmente prohibida la celebración de fiestas en el apartamento. A la llegada el huesped entregará una fianza de 300 como deposito por los daños que se puedan ocasionar , la cual se devolverá por transferencia bancaria tras la salida y comprobación del buen estado de la vivienda. El huesped se compromete a facilitar la documentación necesaria para la identificación de todos los huespedes que se vayan a alojar en la misma antes de la entrega de llaves. los clientes deberán avisar de la hora de llegada con anterioridad, las llegadas a partir de las 23h podrán llevar coste adicional si la empresa lo considera oportuno.
