1st room with a king bed we paid for smelled like mildew and pet odor, so we complained and were put in another room with two queen beds. Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable and could feel the springs. To top it off, the TV didn’t work properly so we couldn’t even watch it. The TV was a blue hue. We had to watch Netflix on my phone, but was too small to really enjoy. We asked if there was a way to adjust the settings and were told this was a known issue for that TV and a new one was not available yet. We asked if there was a discount because this ruined our relaxing evening and they said because we booked through an 3rd party nothing could be done. I’ve stayed at other Spring Hill suites and this was not a nice one. Seemed old. Was expecting more from this hotel in this area.
